Architecture and construction: The villas are designed to be built taking into account local building regulations and environmental friendliness. The building style will be harmonious and modern, but at the same time blending into nature:

Building material: The villas are designed as low log buildings with green roofs. Their glass ends open onto the lake, creating stunning landscape experiences.

Privacy and landscape: The villas are designed so that they are not visible from the manor's courtyard, preserving the authentic atmosphere of the manor.

The Terwa Villas will consist of approximately 20 villas after the zoning change in the area of The Terwa – Nordic Hideaway manor. The design takes into account the environment, landscapes and privacy of the historically significant manor, so that they blend harmoniously into the manor environment, without affecting its historical appearance. At the same time, attention is paid to the privacy, views and peace of each villa.

The villas are mainly 50–100 m² in size, but it is also possible to build larger villas of 100–200 m².

The purpose of these villas is to provide privacy and comfort to the Villa owners and guests.
